MOURNINGSTAR - GENESIS VERSION 0.41

This version is primarily a game balance update. (I found the game was too kind so I tried to make it a bit harsher 😈)

Changes include:

⛧ Activating re-rolling for Infernal Verbs now cost a Metaphysical-Punishment tick.

⛧ Clarification that ALL self-incurred Punishment ignores Armor.

⛧ Changes to the Omens list for game balance. 

⛧ A lot of Doom Clock values reduced.

⛧ Opposition Clock values increased.
